Here at Pink Joli it is our number one priority is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything possible to make it better. We ask that you please look over your order immediately and if there is an issue make sure you are within the guidelines listed below. If you need to make a return please see the guidelines below.
We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back. We have a huge selection of product and it moves very quickly! We also can't hold items.
Returns must be sent back within 21 Days from date of order! Please read below for full details.
Discounts 20% and higher, as well as reward coupons $10.00 or higher are all Final Sale items and not part of this policy!
All returns are paid by the customer and MUST be sent back with the return form for credit.
It is our goal that you love your purchase, but if not, you may return it for FULL REFUND on the following conditions:
- All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached. (If any tags are attached)
- Items are shipped back within 21 days from the date of shipment.
- Jewelry, Hats, Flash Sales and Clearance/Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned for store credit.
- Shoe boxes must be placed in another box for protection. If you send shoes back with return labels on them they will not be accepted for return. Shoe boxes cannot be damaged or they will not qualify for a return.
Please include return form AND original invoice when returning an item. All returned items will be FULLY REFUNDED (minus any expedited shipping) to the payment method used during checkout. Items must be received within 21 days from shipping date to receive FULL REFUND. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days.
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days. We will then email you (to the email address provided during checkout) a confirmation of the processed return.
Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition. If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. After the 3 days, there is nothing that we can offer you and the item will not be returnable. Please reach out to email@example.com.
